Do they fit true to size or should I size up?

Thanks to the room2move™ fit and the 3% Spandex blend, these pants generally fit true to size and offer a highly forgiving, comfortable feel around the waist and hips from day one. There is no need to size up unless you are intentionally planning to layer heavy thermal pants underneath.

Do they shrink or fade badly after machine washing?

Because they are a cotton-dominant canvas blend, they will experience normal minimal shrinkage if washed in hot water and dried on high heat. To preserve the built-in stretch and color depth, it is recommended to wash them in cold water and tumble dry on a low-heat setting.
