“Tough as Nails” Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the durability and quality of our products. Our “Tough as Nails” Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal, intended use for 120 days from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.


What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal wear and intended use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic fading or scuffing
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations
  • Damage resulting from accidents or environmental exposure

All warranty items are evaluated upon inspection to determine eligibility.


Extended Sock Coverage:
In addition to our standard 120-day coverage, all socks are covered by an extended 1-year warranty under the same terms and conditions outlined in the “Tough as Nails” Guarantee.


Extended Coverage for Industrial Partners:
In addition to our standard 120-day coverage, all purchases made using a voucher through our Pro Partner program receive an extra 60 days of coverage, subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in the “Tough as Nails” Guarantee.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

In-Store:
Bring the item and proof of purchase to any Work World, Whistle Workwear, or Shoeteria location for inspection.

By Mail:
Email support@workworld.com to receive return authorization and instructions before sending your item.


How We Resolve Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item with the same product. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement of equal value.

Replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. Refunds are not provided for approved warranty claims.
