Return Policy

In-Store Purchases
All refunds must be accompanied by an original sales receipt only and be in re-saleable condition. With your original sales receipt, we will offer you a return based on the original method of payment, or an exchange.

If item is not accompanied by an original receipt and is in re-saleable condition, we can only issue a store credit. No refunds or exchanges on any item that has been worn unless defective and must be accompanied by an original sales receipt. These items must be in a clean condition. Online Purchases
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.workworld.com. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• All items must have been purchased from our online store, www.workworld.com, and not from Work World retail store locations.

Return In-Store
• Visit the orders tab located in your account dashboard at workworld.com/account.
• Click the receipt button for the order you wish to return, download and print a copy of this receipt.
• Bring the printed receipt and your original packing slip (located in your package) to any Work World store.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• All items must be purchased within the last 30 days.
• Allow 8-10 business days for the original payment method to be refunded.

Return by Mail

• Fill out the online return form located in your account dashboard at workworld.com/account.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• All items must be purchased within the last 30 days.
• Download and print your prepaid shipping label.
• $7.99 will be deducted from your refund total.
• If your return does not qualify under our return policy, your return may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Allow 8-10 business days for the original payment method to be refunded.

Processing
We will process your return/exchange within 8-10 business days after it is received in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email from us to confirm the processing of your return or exchange.

Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any major changes to the order, however, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute edits to the shipping address. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Naturally, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped.

Gifts
For items purchased from workworld.com as a gift, we will provide you online store credit for the purchase price if you are not the owner of the original payment method. For gifts returned via mail with the packing slip, we will credit the email provided on the online return form.

Gift cards must be present at Work World for the purchase of goods or services in the United States. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except as otherwise required by law) or replaced if lost or stolen. Work World is not responsible for damaged cards or unauthorized use. Gift cards are not a debit/credit card and has no implied warranty.

Other
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to a Work World store and we’ll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail, please contact or call us for special instructions at 707-453-7800.
